Go Smokeless ("we," "us") is an independent clean-air movement for smoke-free living, supported by Tiger Indonesia. This policy explains what we collect when you join, how we use it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

Your email address when you sign up; your confirmation that you are 21 or older; your interest selections (e.g. events, merch) if you choose them; and basic anonymous usage data about how the site is used, which helps us improve it. We don't ask for your name or location to join.

2. How we use it

To send you updates about the movement, events, and content you signed up for; to give members first access to events and drops; and to improve our site and emails. We only email you because you asked us to.

3. Consent

We collect and use your information based on the consent you give when you tick the box and submit the form. You can withdraw it anytime.

4. Who handles your data

We use trusted providers to run the movement, including Beehiiv, which manages our signups and emails. They process data on our behalf under their security terms. We never sell your data.

5. Where it's processed

Our providers may store and process data outside Indonesia (e.g. in the United States). We take reasonable steps to keep it secure wherever it's handled.

6. How long we keep it

As long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from our active list.

7. Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email; ask us to access, correct, or delete your data; or withdraw consent. Email us at hello@gosmokeless.org to make a request.

8. Age

Clean-air content is for everyone. Membership, events, and community participation are intended for adults aged 21 and over.

9. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how people use this site, for example how many visitors arrive and which pages they read. It only runs if you accept it in our cookie banner. If you decline, it never loads, and you can change your choice at any time. We've set it to collect as little as possible: it doesn't identify you by name, and we don't share it for advertising.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date shows when it last changed.
